Free shipping on all merchandise to Canadian locations. If ordering from outside Canada you will be contacted regarding shipping costs.

Please allow up to 21 days for delivery of your order.
All items are shipped using Canada Post regular parcel service.
Courier delivery is available by contacting the OKA office at 905-567-7194. OKA uses FEDEX as its primary courier service. Delivery via FEDEX is generally within 48 hours to most Canadian destinations.

Return/Refund Policy:
Merchandise purchased through the OKA website may be returned for exchange only (no refund) if the item is found to be faulty in any way. Returned items must be shipped to the OKA office and be in original saleable condition.
OKA is not responsible for items returned that are lost in the mail. We recommend that returned items be shipped using a service that requires a signature of delivery.
