Welcome to the new OKA website! Please read this important message before proceedingCurrently the website is experiencing several issues that we are working to resolve, the list is as follows:
1: On-line Renewal - when you have paid on-line your renewal status still shows that you need to pay for 2011 - we are working to correct this, if you receive a receipt via e-mail immediately after you have paid that shows your transaction is approved then your renewal has been processed - please do not renew again. If you have renewed twice because of this issue you will only be charged once as out system only -pre-authorizes your credit card. OKA accounting then logs into the system and does the actual processing of the payment
2: Password Error when logging in after requesting your login information by using the "forgot password" function - This issue only appears to be affecting certain members - if you have difficulty logging in or receive and "invalid password" or similar message please re-boot your computer entirely and then try again, this has been reported as working by some members.
3: Calendar of Events not listed in chronological order - This should be fixed shortly, your listing (if you are the poster) will appear in the list but initially will not be in chronological order
4: Calendar of Events posting fee - The fee for posting a single event on the Calendar of Events is $50 + tax - some posters have reported being charged $200 + tax, this error is being fixed, if you receive a receipt indicating a fee of $200 you will only be charged $50 + tax - as above, the system only pre-authorizes credit cards, we are manually adjusting fees prior to actually processing the charge
